Arpita Aditi is the founder and CEO of Dil Foods. She is from Ranchi, Jharkhand. She is a biotech engineer and worked at Himalaya Drugs, Reliance Capital, after graduating from MIT Nepal. Then she joined Swiggy, and she said that joining Swiggy was a turning point for her. Then she started a company, Nutnbolt, in 2020. After that, Introduced Dil foods as the umbrella Brand in 2022. She sought Rs. 50 lakhs for 0.5% equity, valuing the company at Rs. 100 crore.

Dil Food is a virtual restaurant operator. Dil Food develops fresh food brands that draw inspiration from various regions and cultures in India, collaborating with both small and large existing restaurants in the country for its last-mile cooking and final distribution.
