Founded in 2021 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, by Pranav Sharma and Kritik Thakur, the brand was created after the founders experienced issues like stress, poor sleep and low energy during the COVID-19 lockdown. This inspired them to develop chocolates that not only taste good but also support everyday health needs. AWSUM presents itself as India’s first functional chocolate brand, using the principles of Ayurveda to blend premium dark and milk chocolate with natural herbs, botanicals, and nutrients, helping people manage modern lifestyle challenges without giving up the joy of eating chocolate.
