Device management startup Servify has acquired AI-enabled engagement platform Jubi.ai in a cash and equity deal.
Subhadeep Bhattacharya and Souvik Das, the founders of Jubi.ai, will take senior positions in the product and engineering teams at Servify, and the whole Jubi.ai team will join the company’s tech, product, and innovation departments, as per reported by Inc42.

“This is the perfect time for us to join hands with Servify, as more enterprises are looking to offer AI-driven engagement solutions to their consumers. Together, we’re certain that we can drive business transformations for all our partners,” said Bhattacharyya, cofounder and CEO of Jubi.ai.

“(In future) interactions will not be on any app or portal, leave alone call centre, but on SMS or WhatsApp UI that’s already in the user’s hands. So all the support solutions have to be built around those interfaces; that’s where the Jubi solution comes in handy for us,” said Sreevathsa Prabhakar, founder of Servify.
Servify is an equipment management platform, founded in 2015. It provides services like product diagnostics, queue management, warranty, and protection plans to its customers. The company was founded by Shrivatsa Prabhakar. Its headquarter is in Mumbai, India.

Jubi AI is an AI-based automation company that solves marketing problems in terms of automating customer education, online sales, customer service, engagement, and more.
Their technology helps businesses get closer to customers and uncover the true voice of customers, understand the drivers of behavior, and model the way they re-imagine communication and education strategy. It is founded by Subhadeep Bhattacharyya in 2014.
