As a seller network attendees, Kiko Live, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for local retailers, is now part of the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network.
Kiko hopes to reach a wider audience on the ONDC network by giving customers more options, as reported by The Economic Times.
“We are gradually onboarding our list of retailers onto the ONDC network due to the overwhelming surge in orders. Some sellers are already receiving 20-25 orders daily without running promotions. Orders are growing at over 100% weekly, leading us to scale our operations and support teams, too. Our sellers maintain a near 100% fill rate and successful delivery rate, a trend we aim to sustain during our expansion,” said Kiko’s founder Alok Chawla.
Kiko Live enables Live Quick Commerce for stores of every size and category, helping them grow their business and quickly deliver orders with online tracking.
“We are delighted to witness Kiko’s remarkable growth on ONDC. We strive to create a transparent ecommerce ecosystem with equal opportunities for all and Kiko’s success adds to the vibrancy and success of our Network,” said ONDC MD and CEO T Koshy.
