About Expertia AI

Expertia AI uses Deep Tech to discover, develop and deploy skills to build the future of work for organizations and professionals. Their first offering; Expertia AI’s Virtual Recruiter allows the recruiters to publish jobs on more than 25 top portals in a single click and screen candidates to find the top 10 applicants for any tech job.

The Virtual Recruiter does so by using its state of the art algorithm which identifies hidden skills in the resume, mines the web for professional data, and projects the career path of every applicant. It then assigns confidence scores to the skills, indicating the strength of their candidature, and uses it to rank Top Candidate Profiles.

Their second product; the Expertia Career Site, helps you collect, and remotely manage the incoming job applications through your website, mailing campaigns, and social media channels. Lastly, their Expertia Skill Cloud allows users to store, upload and search their Personal Talent Pool by skills, roles, location, company, and above all helps them to access it for relevant passive candidates for new vacancies.
