B2B Marketing Automation Solution provider has raised $5 million in seed funding round from MHS Capital.

The round also saw participation from Version One, Cercano Management, Edward Unthank (CEO of Etumos), Justin Gray (CEO of  LeadMD), Adam Schoenfeld (CEO of Simply Measured, VP Strategy Drift), Matt Heinz (CRO Amplitude, SVP Sales Marketo), Patrick Thompson (CEO Iteratively, Dir. Product Amplitude), PrasannaVenkatesan (VP Engineering ZoomInfo India), Ray Carroll (VP Sales Marketo, VP Sales Engagio), Brewster Stanislaw (VP Product Bizible, Marketo, CPO Demandbase), and others.

According to a statement, the startup plans to use the funds to accelerate growth along with hiring in the India and US markets.

US and India-based was co-founded by Dave Rigotti, Aaron Bird, and Oak Nguyen. Nakul Sibiraj from India later joined the startup.

It is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product startup focused on delivering value to its customers through marketing automation solutions.

Nakul Sibiraj leads the startup’s India operations from its headquarters in Kochi and the startup has also established operations in other cities such as Bengaluru, Pune and Chennai.

According to Dave, CEO and co-founder of Inflection, this seed funding will accelerate the growth of the company, and help in better awareness in the Indian market.
