Rohit Garg Joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas As Partner

In the firm's Delhi office, Rohit Garg has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner. He will work in the tax department.

In front of the Honourable Supreme Court of India, numerous High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, and other income tax authorities/forums, Rohit frequently represents clients. He also provides complex tax compliance and issue advice to Indian and international groups, as per reported by BW Disrupt.

On a variety of income tax-related topics, he has often contributed to newspapers and business periodicals. He was also chosen to be a member of the "Panel of Eminent Writers" established by Taxman.
