In the firm’s Delhi office, Rohit Garg has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner. He will work in the tax department.
In front of the Honourable Supreme Court of India, numerous High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, and other income tax authorities/forums, Rohit frequently represents clients. He also provides complex tax compliance and issue advice to Indian and international groups, as per reported by BW Disrupt.
Numerous reported judgments in prestigious tax journals and portals, including Taxsutra, ITR, CTR, Taxman, ITD, etc., have featured him. He has been conducting tax litigation cases for more than 16 years, and he has also published a number of articles and research papers.
On a variety of income tax-related topics, he has often contributed to newspapers and business periodicals. He was also chosen to be a member of the “Panel of Eminent Writers” established by Taxman.

Rohit is a law graduate who also holds the professional designations of company secretary (ICSI) and chartered accountant (ICAI).
