[Funding alert] Relocation Platform HappyLocate raises $1.1 mn in funding

HappyLocate, a relocation platform has raised $1.1 million in its Pre-Series A funding round from Inflection Point Ventures.

The round also saw participation from VM Ventures and RMZ Management.

The startup plans to use the funds to enhance operational excellence and corporate reach.

The Bengaluru-based HappyLocatewas founded in 2016 by Ajay Tiwari and Sainadh Duvvuru, It is a one relocation platform for multiple relocation services and its XSAS enables corporates to automate and manage employee transfers in a few clicks.

It seeks to enrich the experiences and cost savings involved in the process.

The company caters to 50 enterprise clients including Fortune 500 companies and handles over 1,000 relocation every month.

The startup is relocation the shifting experiences in some of the leading brands including Coca-Cola, ITC Infotech, Diageo, United Breweries, Airbus etc.

“HappyLocate, with a track record in this market, has emerged as one of the preferred partners for enterprises to use their relocation services. Since our last round in the company, we have seen the growth to be manifold and believe that the canvas is much bigger because with digitally enabled services, unorganised markets present a huge business opportunity for the company”, said, Vinay Bansal, Founder and CEO, Inflection Point Ventures.

The company claimed in the statement that it ensures smooth rehabilitation with 98 percent less delays, false claims, transparent pricing and insurance solutions. In December 2020, HappyLocate had raised Rs 4.4 crore in pre-series A funding round led by IPV and partaken in by VM Ventures.
