[Funding alert] Real Estate Startup RealSage Secures $2.1 Mn Funding

RealSage, a firm founded by Schulich School of Business alums, secured CAD 2.1 million in pre-seed capital to support its product development plans and North American expansion.

Arunabh Dastidar, Gaurav Madani, and Zain Nathoo are the co-founders of RealSage, which was launched in 2019. The startup’s main goal is to help rental managers overcome their present challenges by giving them a unique approach to leverage their data and technology, as per reported by schulich.yorku.ca.

“As RealSage continues to refine its AI models within the multi-family housing sector, we foresee a natural progression into the commercial real estate space,” said Dastidar. “By adapting our AI and data intelligence solutions to address the unique challenges in multi-family Real estate, we can assist asset managers in optimizing portfolios, enhancing tenant experiences, and improving overall operational efficiency in the sector. In addition, this expansion will enable RealSage to bring its innovative technology to a bigger market across North America and a wider range of scenarios, further revolutionizing the industry.”
