Bollywood Star Ranveer Singh Co-Owns D2C Sexual Wellness Brand Bold Care

Actor Ranveer Singh has joined D2C sexual health and wellness firm Bold Care as a new co-owner.

Singh has reportedly been involved with the firm for a year and will now act as its spokesperson. The deal's financial details were kept a secret by Bold Care, as reported by Inc42.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to finally announce Ranveer as a co-owner at Bold Care! His involvement over the past year has been nothing short of incredible, deeply engaging in every facet of our business. This is going to be an iconic partnership…,” said Bold Care cofounder and chief executive officer (CEO) Rajat Jadhav.

Bold Care will be able to successfully sell the product by utilising Singh's fame thanks to this decision. Also, it will help the firm get recognition for its sexual and wellness products—a field that is typically not supported by well-known celebrities.

The business has so far raised over $3 million in capital. In its pre-series A round, which included funding from Sharrp Ventures and Anthill Ventures among others. Additionally, it has the support of organisations like Huddle, Shiprocket, NB Ventures, and Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs.

Commenting on the announcement, Singh said, “I am pleased to come on board as the face and co-owner of Bold Care… I have always felt that this category needs more of openness and acceptance in our society… “
