Quidich Innovation Labs, a sports broadcasting technology startup, has announced the completion of an undisclosed funding round, which was spearheaded by Centre Court Capital.
The company stated that the recently obtained funds will be used to broaden Quidich’s presence in new sports and regions, as well as to further develop its technology stack.

The organization has collaborated with a variety of clients, including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Sky Sports, Sunset+Vine in the United Kingdom, Channel 7 in Australia, and SuperSport in South Africa.
The organization has recently established offices in the United Arab Emirates and London.
Quidich has shifted its focus to the improvement of live sports broadcasting in 2019 by implementing advanced technological solutions, such as augmented reality, computer vision, and specialized camera systems.
Rahat Kulshreshtha, co-founder, Quidich, said: “Once we got into sports, our entire focus has been on building layers of technology using artificial intelligence, computer vision, and the power of game engines to be able to build very interesting storytelling tools and applications for broadcast,”
