Qoruz, a platform for influencer advertising and intelligence, has completion of its seed funding round. Dexter Angels, as well as angel investors from the media sector, including IIM Indore, Ideotic Media, and others, took part in the investment round.
Qoruz will be able to scale influencer advertising possibilities for clients and companies in its ecosystem thanks to the undisclosed funding amount, as reported by Entrepreneur.com
“Despite brands contributing to 80% of creators’ revenue, the collaboration process between brands and creators has often been broken and disjointed. Our vision is to revolutionise this landscape by creating the largest creator network where creators including long tail can collaborate with brands to monetize their content and audience,” said Praanesh Bhuvaneshwar, co-founder and CEO, Qoruz.
“At Dexter Angels we are excited about new business models emerging in the creator economy. Qoruz’s platform and SaaS approach helps brands and content creators to engage transparently, and drive data-backed campaigns. We are excited to partner with Praanesh, Prabakaran and the entire Qoruz team as they look to revolutionize the creator economy space in India and globally,” said Dexter Angels.
The funds will be used to strengthen the company’s core operations through investments in new technologies and market penetration, enabling brands to plan influencer campaigns strategically. With its marketplace and SaaS systems, Qoruz will also concentrate on increasing the link between sponsored content and commerce, extending its function beyond awareness to include end-of-funnel operations.
In 2015, Qoruz was established as a platform for creator collaboration and an open meeting place for all creator connections. Using the strength of creator branding to promote brand growth, Qoruz makes it simple for brands to work with the ideal artists and develop lasting connections.
