PV Sindhu, an Indian badminton player, has made an undisclosed investment in Better Nutrition, a Greenday biofortified staples brand that provides agri-input services.
In order to give people access to vital vitamins and minerals through regular meals, Greenday seeks to improve the nutritional content of staple crops.

Greenday collaborates with farmers, providing them with information and incentives to grow crop varieties high in nutrients. According to the firm, these biofortified crops are enhanced with micronutrients like calcium, iron, zinc, pro-vitamin A, and protein.
Under the Greenday 'kisan ki dukan' brand, Better Nutrition runs approximately 75 agri-input outlets and procurement hubs nationwide.
The product line from Better Nutrition consists of biofortified maize, rice, pearl millet, finger millet and wheat. The business currently collaborates with 15,000 farmers and intends to expand.
In addition to other angel investors, Sindhu's contribution is a part of a Rs 4 crore round.
