Pure Storage Appoints Nupur Mehta as Regional HR Director

Nupur Mehta has been recruited as the Regional HR Director, Asia Pacific & Japan by Pure Storage, the IT pioneer that provides the most cutting-edge data storage technologies and services globally.

Nupur, who is based in Singapore, will be in charge of the HR departments in Japan and Asia Pacific. She will be cultivating a strong learning and growth environment that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and agility as Pure Storage maintains its leadership position in enterprise data storage and management platforms.

With almost two decades of expertise in HR, Nupur has held worldwide positions at both scale-ups and large-scale IT companies. Her appointment is timely since the area is navigating a complicated HR environment that is shaped by diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) imperatives, technology improvements, and the need for personnel that is prepared for the future.

She is highly skilled at managing scale and complexity in high-growth contexts, driving organizational change, and coordinating business objectives with people strategy.

Nupur held important positions at Amazon, Aon Consulting, and HCL Technologies before to joining Pure Storage. Her most recent position was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the international fintech business Nium.
