[Funding News] ProsParity Secures $2 Mn Pre-seed Funding Round Led by BEENEXT

ProsParity, a fintech firm, has raised $2 million from international institutional investors, including BEENEXT, Sparrow Capital, All In Capital, DeVC, and Huddle Ventures, as part of its seed round.

Artha School cofounder Ashish Gupta, Mosaic Wellness cofounder Dhyanesh Shah, Tracxn cofounder Abhishek Goyal, and Country Delight cofounder Nitin Kaushal were among the angel investors who participated in the round.

The company states that the money raised would go towards developing technology, expanding origination networks, beginning in Central India, and producing proof of concept.

In order to enable lenders to direct their resources into the developing EV financing asset class, the company seeks to aggregate the financing demand on a single platform through the use of its patented platform and origination methodology.

Anirudh Garg, Partner at BEENEXT, said: "The founding team’s mission focusses, in the long-term, on creating a level playing field between EVs and ICE (NYSE:ICE) vehicles by democratising access to finance for not just customers, but also the dealers,"
