Property management company Propdial has raised a top up of Rs 1 crore by Way of compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs).

It is a part of the round that Propdial raised Rs 1 crore from a funding round held in November last year. Last year the company had also raised seed funding round.
The funding will be used by the company to grow Propdial’s domestic business and expand its geographic reach across India.

“With this top-up round, we are closing the CCD round and are more focused on the next milestone of growing our business while preparing for the Series-A fundraise in mid-2022”, Vinay Prajapati, Co-founder and CEO, PropDial said.

Gurugram based startup Propdial is a full stack property management services platform which was founded in 2017 by Gopal Mishra and Vinay Prajapati.

“To further ignite growth and capture large market opportunity, we are looking to strengthen our middle and senior management layer, also on-boarding industry veterans as part of advisory team”, said Gopal Mishra, Co Founder and COO, Propdial.

The company has more than 7000 customers from more than 50 countries. Propdial is providing its service in more than 8 states and more than 20 cities in India.
