Singularity AMC invests in Lohia family-founded Lohia Aerospace Systems

Singularity AMC, a growth-equity investment firm backed by Madhusudan Kela and led by Yash Kela, has invested in Lohia Aerospace Systems Private Limited. 

The company makes advanced materials and composite aerostructures and systems for global aerospace and defence markets.

Founded in 2021 by the Lohia family, Lohia Aerospace designs and manufactures complex composite materials and structures used in aircraft, drones (UAVs) and next-generation aerospace and defence platforms. The company runs fully integrated facilities with strong in-house engineering, manufacturing and quality capabilities.

Lohia Aerospace supplies high value composite parts, assemblies and aerostructures to leading global aerospace and defence companies. Its advanced manufacturing setup and focus on precision and quality make it an important supplier in the global aerospace supply chain.
