BLHP’s ‘Trust Talks’ - Rebuilding Trust in India’s Real Estate Story

Better Life Happier People (BLHP) a Not-for-Profit initiative, which intends to empower homebuyers by giving them a collective voice and ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness in the real estate ecosystem is hosting ‘Trust Talks - Connecting Buyers & Developers’ on 7th February, 2026 at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.

Bringing Buyers and Developers to One Table

The first-of-its-kind dialogue is aimed at strengthening transparency, trust, and collaboration between homebuyers and real estate developers.

The event will bring together Policy Makers, Representatives of renowned Developers, industry experts, and representatives of professional bodies like ICAI, ICSI, Doctors, Engineers, MBAs etc to understand and address key challenges faced by homebuyers and to explore practical solutions for a more accountable and buyer-centric real estate ecosystem.

At a time when consumer confidence is becoming central to market sustainability, Trust Talks seeks to move beyond complaints and compliance—towards constructive conversations, shared responsibility, and long-term trust-building.

According to Kumar Aniket, Director BLHP, “Real estate doesn’t suffer from lack of demand—it suffers from lack of trust. Trust Talks is our attempt to shift the narrative from confrontation to collaboration, where buyers and developers can engage meaningfully and transparently.”

The discussions will focus on:

● Strengthening buyer confidence through transparency

● Aligning developer practices with consumer expectations

● Role of governance, professionals, and policy in dispute prevention

● Creating a sustainable and trust-driven housing market

BLHP continues to position itself as a buyers’ advocacy platform, working towards informed decision-making, collective voice, and fair practices in the housing sector.
