Rahlad Krishnamurthi has resigned from his position as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Cleartrip, a travel aggregator owned by the Flipkart Group, following a nine-year tenure at the company.

Krishnamurthi will now assume the role of CEO at NextBuy, a solution that bizongo offers to finance supply chains for businesses, particularly SMEs, MSMEs, and large enterprises.

Krishnamurthi guided Cleartrip through a period of transformation, with a particular emphasis on improving operational efficiency and customer experience in order to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. He underscored the necessity of adapting to the transformation of consumer behaviors and the restoration of travel confidence.

Cleartrip, an online travel technology company, was established in 2006. It provides a variety of services, including the ability to arrange flights, train tickets, hotel reservations, and activities. It maintains operations in the following countries: India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Thailand.
