Pocket FM Collaborates With GenAI Platform ElevenLabs

Pocket FM has collaborated with ElevenLabs, a GenAI platform based in the United States, to facilitate the conversion of text stories into audio series.

As part of the partnership, the two have introduced a new feature called AI Audio Series. This feature utilizes ElevenLabs' GenAI stack to assist writers on Pocket FM in converting their text narratives into audio show formats.

Pocket FM also reported that the integration of the most recent offering has enabled it to reduce costs by as much as 90% during the experimental phase and enhance its production efficiency. The audio streaming company further stated that the partnership will speed up the development of its content strategy and improve the efficacy of content generation.

Pocket FM is an audio streaming platform that provides a wide range of content in various categories, including romance, self-help, and motivation, in multiple languages.

Pocket FM has intensified its emphasis on AI-led strategies for automation, content curation, production, and distribution, which is why the partnership with ElevenLabs is timely. The company was recently reported to be working on leveraging GenAI to expand its entertainment content offerings and develop AI-powered personalized recommendations to improve the user experience.
