Perfios Appoints New CTO, CPO As Part Of Its IPO Plans

In preparation for its impending initial public offering (IPO), Fintech SaaS (Software as a service) firm Perfios has appointed Anu Mathew as Chief People Officer (CPO) and Sumit Nigam as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

The business stated that the appointments to its management are a component of its strategic planning for the upcoming 18–24 months leading up to its public listing.

Nigam has more than 20 years of expertise leading IT teams. He became the CTO in July. Nigam has previously held positions with Dell EMC, Walmart Global Tech, Informatica, and BigBasket. He will play a key role in directing the startup's technology improvements with an emphasis on improving its full suite of SaaS solutions, as reported by Inc42.

Commenting on his appointment, Nigam said, “I am thrilled to become a part of Perfios’ journey at this crucial juncture. Perfios has been at the forefront of numerous innovations in the fintech space, and there are vast opportunities for bringing in the next set of disruptions that can empower our customers in different ways.”

Mathew, on the other hand, has a career spanning more than 20 years that is distinguished by her employment with international organisations and her success scaling businesses. She was employed by GE, Pine Labs, QwikCilver, and HCL in the past. According to the statement, Mathew offers a wealth of experience in developing international teams and working with founders and executives to establish high-growth, sustainable businesses with a strong team culture. She has lived and worked in both India and England.
