Rohit Agarwal, who was previously a principal investor, has been promoted by Peak XV Partners to the position of managing director. Shailendra Singh, Abheek Anand, and Rohit Agarwal, according to Peak XV Partners, are the three MDs on the investment team in the Singapore office.

In the area, Agarwal would concentrate on investments in the early and growing stages. Fintech, online shopping, goods for consumers, and SaaS investments are Agarwal’s areas of competence, as reported by Inc42.com

According to Peak XV Partners, Rohit Agarwal joined the company in 2015 and is currently a member of the boards of Insider, Bibit, Tonik, Kopi Kenangan, and other businesses.
Several of the startup companies in the company’s portfolio in India, including GoMechanic, BharatPe, and Zilingo, have come under investigation for questionable corporate governance practises and other fraudulent actions. The venture capital business still has great hopes for the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
