Interesting moments of her journey:

Rajni founded a food-tech company but do you know that after her marriage she didn't know cooking. Even, she never had any plan for a business. Now the question is why she started a food-tech company.

On her first day in the kitchen after marriage, she started crying, saying, “I don’t know how to cook.” This was the 1st moment when she decided to learn cooking from her mother.

Everyone liked her dishes so much. Her friends often say, you should start your company, but she never mentioned it and still she had no plan for business.

Rajni used to make such delicious ice cream and pudding that soon, she started getting many orders. Sometimes, she refused them saying I don’t take orders for parties and all, but all her friends and known individuals compelled her to make pudding and ice cream for them.

This was the time when Rajni’s husband encouraged her to a startup, and she decided to convert her passion into a business.  After that, she purchased an oven for Rs 300 and also began making ice cream at home and this is how, in 1978, Cremica was born.

What is Cremica?

In 1978, Rajni Bector founded her startup Cremica. Initially, she produced Ice-cream and puddings and gradually after this success, she started manufacturing other food products such as Indian Gravies/Curries, Tomato Ketchup, Sauces, Sandwich Spreads, Mayonnaise, Sandwich Mayonnaise, Syrups, Toppings, Salad Dressings, Indian Snack dips, and Opera Crisps made with Olive Oil for retail and food service customers.
