OYO Restructures Operations, Tech, Revenue Leadership

OYO has added five significant appointments to bolster its leadership group. Rachit Srivastava will take over as Chief Operating Officer for OYO Vacation Homes (OVH) in Europe, replacing Sonal Sinha as Chief Operating Officer-International.

The position of Head of Technology and Online Revenue has been filled by Shashank Jain. Pankhuri Sakhuja will take the helm of Innov8—a flex-space company—and Traum-Ferienwohnungen, OYO's listings business in Germany. Ashish Bajpai has assumed the position of Global OTA and Revenue Head.

OYO emphasized that while it seeks to increase its worldwide footprint, these executive hires show its commitment to innovation. The company's goal is to increase the variety of hotels and vacation rentals it offers at various price ranges so that it can reach a wider audience and run more efficiently.

OYO claims that it has contributed significantly to the nation's expanding startup scene, as evidenced by the more than 60 former workers who have founded their own businesses after leaving the company.
