Onsitego, a device-care provider announced the acquisition of Qdigi Services from Quess Corp Ltd. Qdigi provides installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs like Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Xiaomi, etc., and online retailers like Amazon.
With about 1,400 workers, the company runs over 200 franchised service centers in addition to about 100 company-owned locations. The features of Qdigi greatly enhance Onsitego’s device protection business.

The acquisition will help Onsitego further enrich its customer service experience and open up new areas of growth such as approaching OEM partners and retailers with new market offerings. As part of the transaction, the entire team and business of Qdigi will be transferred to Onsitego.

Onsitego will pay total cash consideration of INR 80 cr., subject to customary closing adjustments. In addition, Quess will be acquiring a minority stake in Onsitego. The transaction is expected to be completed over the next 2-3 months.
