Ola Electric IPO Day 2 Issue Booked 1.06 Times Retail Portion Subscribe 2.87 Times

The Ola Electric Mobility IPO was fully subscribed on the second day of bidding. The employee component had the highest subscription rate, at 8.98 times.

The qualified institutional buyer (QIBs) portion was subscribed at a rate of 40%, while the retail component and non-institutional investors portion were subscribed at rates of 2.87 times and 1.11 times, respectively.

According to BSE data, the initial public offering received bids for 49,43,85,840 shares, which is more than the 46,51,59,451 shares available for sale.

Investor enthusiasm for the ₹6,145 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Ola Electric Mobility, a company in the electric two-wheeler industry, was lukewarm. On the first day of the bidding procedure, just 35% of the shares were subscribed.

The firm's first public offering (IPO) was mostly subscribed by retail investors, with a subscription rate of 1.57 times the allocated amount for them.

16.31 crore shares were bid for out of the total 46.51 crore shares offered in the closing offering on Tuesday, August 6. The subscription status of the Ola Electric IPO was 35% on the initial day of bidding.
