Multi-category cookie maker Nurture Well, situated in Noida, announced the completion of the private placement round. The India Inflection Opportunity Fund (IIOF) has committed to investing Rs 50 crore in the business.
IIOF makes growth-stage investments in profitable firms backed by assets. IIOF has completed six mid-market investment transactions in the previous six months.
Premium cookies and biscuits in multiple categories are produced and sold by Nurture Well.

According to Nurture Well, it has more than 150 business partners in its distribution network, which spans North Indian states like Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Delhi-NCR, and Jammu & Kashmir.
