Noise, a wearable startup, has acquired SocialBoat, an AI firm, to enhance the wearables’ AI-powered fitness and health features.
Swapnil Vats, CEO and co-founder of SocialBoat, has joined Noise innovation team as part of the acquisition. The business asserted that his background in utilising AI in the wellness space will aid Noise in improving Luna Ring’s cutting-edge fitness and health measures.
SocialBoat used artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to address challenges and offer data-driven insights about, among other things, thyroid disorders, PCOS, and menstrual health. SocialBoat secured $200K in January of last year from a large group of angel investors, including Plan B Capital.

SocialBoat created Sakhi, a generative AI chatbot, using OpenAI’s GPT tool to assist women in finding answers to inquiries about cleanliness and health.
Swapnil Vats, founder of SocialBoat, said: “SocialBoat got acquired by Noise and I would be leading the development of the Luna Ring – a high precision smart ring that tracks and analyses over 70 bio-markers all day,”
