GPS Renewables has Named Deepak Agarwal as its New Appointment

Bengaluru-based GPS Renewables, a leading biofuels company, has appointed Deepak Agarwal as Managing Director of ARYA, its project development arm focused on climate-positive initiatives.

GPS Renewables provides technology and project solutions for biofuel production. Starting with captive biogas plants, it has expanded to build some of the world’s largest RNG facilities. In 2022, the company launched GPSR ARYA to handle Build-Own-Operate (BOO) projects, advancing its climate goals.

About Deepak Agarwal

Deepak Agarwal brings over 35 years of experience in waste management and Bio-CNG across government and private sectors. A former Central Civil Services Officer and IIT Roorkee alumnus, he has held leadership roles at A2Z Green Waste Management, IL&FS Environmental, and EverEnviro.

He has also served on national committees for waste management and policy advocacy, contributing to the development of frameworks promoting waste-to-energy and biofuels.
