Moglix is a B2B commerce startup, announced that it has purchased Khatema Fibres, a producer of environmentally friendly paper goods.
According to a statement from the business, Moglix intends to integrate and diversify its products by utilizing Khatema's manufacturing experience, which will shorten lead times and guarantee prompt delivery.

By fostering skill development, boosting local manufacturing capabilities, and creating jobs, Moglix hopes to promote Uttarakhand's industrial growth through its expansion ambitions, the company stated.

Khatema Fibres, a sustainable paper manufacturer founded in 1990, has an annual capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes and provides a wide range of environmentally friendly products, such as virgin test liners, premium high-strength kraft paper, interleaving paper, machine-glazed and machine-finished papers, different types of tissue, sublimation paper, and food-grade packaging solutions.
