Meta Partners with Telangana Govt on E-gov

Meta, the social media behemoth, announced a two-year partnership with the Telangana government on Thursday. The partnership is designed to improve e-governance and citizen services by utilizing artificial intelligence technologies.

The strategic partnership will provide public officials and citizens with the most advanced emergent technologies, such as AI, to improve e-governance and citizen services.

Meta will collaborate with the Telangana government to facilitate the implementation of e-governance solutions that capitalize on Meta's open-source generative AI technologies, which include the most recent 'Llama 3.1 model'.
