Expert in legal operations As Chief Operating Officer, Akshay Verma joins SpotDraft, a leader in contract lifecycle management software. Verma, acclaimed for his revolutionary work at the bitcoin giant Coinbase and the tech behemoth Meta, will infuse SpotDraft with a new level of operational efficiency.
As the first director of legal operations at Coinbase, Verma joined the company in April 2022 and played a key role in creating and expanding the legal operations department. Before that, he led Meta’s legal activities for four significant years.
