Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), a third-party logistics (3PL) solution provider company, has acquired 60% stake in ZipZap Logistics who is a last-mile logistics service provider for about ₹72 crore, combining primary and secondary infusion of capital. ZipZap Logistics company operates under the ‘Whizzard’ brand.
This acquisition will complement MLL’s existing last-mile delivery business and EDEL and its electric vehicle based delivery services. The expansion of technology-based last-mile services is an integral part of MLL’s growth strategy and will help accelerate the addition of transaction technology, geographic coverage and operational capabilities.

This association will enhance and strengthen our existing presence for our customers in e-commerce and other segments. Its claims that we covered over 3000+ pincodes with 11 metros & cities.we have over 150000+ daily orders with 125+ Micro distribution centres.
