Logistics-tech startup LoadShare has raised Rs 300 Cr Series C investment led by Tiger Global Management along with Filter Capital, 57 Stars, and previous investors CDC Group and Matrix Partners India.

Logistics-tech startup LoadShare was founded by Pramod Nair, Raghuram Talluri, Tanmoy Karmakar & Rakib Ahmed in 2017. LoadShare is Building India’s Largest Technology Driven Regional Logistics Network.

The company will use the fresh funds for hiring more talents, building SME logistics tech, deepening EV push, and boosting regional logistics and warehousing network to enable faster deliveries.

“LoadShare's technology enables India’s SME logistics providers to act as one, creating a national transport network with low cost and high flexibility. We're excited to back Raghu, Pramod, and their experienced team as they densify their network and expand their product offering," Griffin Schroeder, Partner, Tiger Global, said.
