The day-long event brought together more than forty supply chain professionals from over twenty nations, representing a variety of industries such as retail, logistics, postal services, packaged goods for consumers, and pharmaceuticals. The purpose of the gathering was to discuss how technology could revolutionize the logistics industry by reducing costs.

This programme was introduced on Friday in Greater Noida at "The Last Mile Leaders Event," which FarEye and Microsoft hosted.

The Last-Mile Trends Report 2024, which was released during the event, emphasised significant elements affecting the industry's dynamics and the strategic decisions made by the logistics industry.
