NSRCEL- IIM Bangalore and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., a private sector lender in India, have jointly announced the commencement of the fifth cohort of their Women Startup Program.
The initiative, which is a component of Kotak Mahindra Bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to Education & Livelihood, is designed to assist aspiring female entrepreneurs in India in the development of scalable enterprises.
The program is dedicated to the development of entrepreneurial and managerial skills in women, thereby facilitating the establishment of successful enterprises and the creation of jobs on a national scale.
The fifth edition of the Women Startup Program will be initiated with a five-week Foundation of Entrepreneurship (FOE) course, which will be followed by a two-month virtual pre-incubation phase, which will be specifically designed for prototype development.

The program is intended to provide personalized assistance to entrepreneurs at every stage of their business, from the initial concept to revenue generation, during the pre-incubation, incubation, and acceleration phases.
Structured instruction in finance, operations, marketing, and business planning will be provided to participants. As well as networking opportunities with other women entrepreneurs and leaders in a variety of disciplines, they will receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.
