His appointment will strengthen Kapture’s leadership team and further its effort in harnessing the potential of Generative AI in customer support delivery
As part of the leadership team expansion spree, Kapture – a renowned SaaS-based Customer Experience management platform has announced the appointment of Himanshu Garg as its Senior Vice President (Engineering), effective 8 May 2023.
His appointment will bolster Kapture’s tech leadership team as the platform aims to grow rapidly to be a leading customer support platform powering leading global enterprises.
Himanshu brings more than 15 years of domain experience and insights in technology . In his new role, Himanshu will spearhead the technology team at Kapture and supplement building new capabilities apart from enhancing existing ones. Anticipating and responding to industry trends quickly to provide future-proof CX solutions to its customers is the need of the hour which Himanshu has delivered multiple times in his career.

Prior to his role in Kapture, he was associated with Google as software development engineer and Via.com as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). More recently, he also founded Bizrise – a Y Combinator-backed startup that he successfully exited.
Himanshu holds an MCA degree from IIT Roorkee and has been a part of several large-scale projects in the technology domain.
