[Funding alert] SaaS Startup Kapture CX Secures $4 Mn Funding From India Alternatives

Private equity fund India Alternatives invested $4 million in the customer assistance platform Kapture CX.

With this fresh investment, Kapture hopes to expand its generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) skills and fortify its position in the Indian and international markets.
