JFrog Partners with NVIDIA to Deliver Secure AI Models

JFrog Ltd., the Liquid Software company and creators of the JFrog Software Supply Chain Platform, today announced a new product integration with NVIDIA NIM microservices, a component of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform.

Their platform has been expanded to include a unified MLOps platform as a result of the acquisition of Qwak AI.

It is anticipated that the JFrog Platform will be integrated with the JFrog Artifactory model registry and NVIDIA NIM to create an end-to-end software supply chain workflow that combines GPU-optimized, pre-approved AI models with centralized DevSecOps processes. This enables organizations to rapidly deploy secure machine learning (ML) models and large language models (LLMs) into production.

The escalating demand for AI in software applications presents significant challenges for data scientists and ML engineers when scaling ML model deployments in enterprise environments.

The challenges of integrating AI workflows with existing software development processes and the necessity for flexible, secure deployment options across various environments exacerbate fragmented asset management, security vulnerabilities, compliance issues, and performance bottlenecks. In many instances, AI initiatives fail due to the prolonged, costly deployment cycles that can result from this compounded complexity.

JFrog Artifactory offers a unified solution for the storage and management of all artifacts, binaries, packages, files, containers, and components that are utilized throughout software supply chains. It is anticipated that the JFrog Platform’s integration with NVIDIA NIM will allow for the integration of containerized AI models as software products into existing software development workflows.

By integrating the JFrog platform and JFrog Artifactory model registry with NVIDIA NGC, a hub for GPU-optimized deep learning, ML, and HPC models, organizations will be able to maintain a single source of truth for all software packages and AI models. Additionally, they will be able to leverage enterprise DevSecOps best practices to gain visibility, governance, and control across their software supply chain.

Pat Lee, Vice President, of Enterprise Strategic Partnerships, NVIDIA, said: “As enterprises scale their generative AI deployments, a central repository can help them rapidly select and deploy models that are approved for development,”
