KidzByte, a kids-friendly educational media platform, has been acquired by multimedia entertainment and lifestyle company JetSynthesys.
Through this collaboration, we hope to change how kids consume media as well as provide them with the knowledge they need to be motivated and innovative, as reported by Inc42.com.

Commenting on the acquisition, Chetan D’Souza, founder and CEO of KidzByte said, “This partnership opens up a world of possibilities for KidzByte and allows us to reach even more children and schools with our innovative educational platform. According to JetSynthesys, it has created an efficient network of engineering, skills, material, and marketing networks and is dedicated to providing every participant with thrilling experiences spanning numerous digital realms, suitably known as the Jetverse.
Further adding to this, Rajan Navani, founder and CEO, JetSynthesys said, “With KidzByte, we aim to harness the power of technology to nurture young minds and aid their overall growth and development.”

The goal of this agreement was to provide Fanory access to JetSynthesys’ multimedia division so that it could use its assets to expand the technology.
