Bike taxi startup Rapido raises $177.5 mn led by Swiggy

Bengaluru-based Bike taxi platform Rapido has raised around $175 million in a new funding round from Swiggy, India’s top food delivery startup.

The company plans to use the new capital to further expand its bike taxi service offering to include auto-rickshaws in multiple cities.

Isprava raises $130 mn led by Nadir Godrej

Isprava Group, which operates Isprava and Lohono Stays, has raised $130 million in a funding round from marquee family offices including Nadir Godrej, and Burman, among others.

The startup also said in the press statement that with this round, both Isprava and Lohano Stage will see tremendous growth in their business segments.

Arkam Ventures raises its maiden fund at $106 mn

Floated by co-founder at Helion Ventures, Rahul Chandra, and former partner at Kalaari Capital, BalaSrinivasa, Arkam Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm has close its maiden investment fund at $106 million.

The fresh fund is backed by institutional investors including British International Investment Plc, Nippon India Digital Innovation, Evolvence Group, Capria, and SIDBI. Individual backers like Sanjeev Bikhchandani (founder of Infoedge), Binny Bansal (co-founder of Flipkart), Vijay Shekhar Sharma (founder of Paytm), and Rajesh Magow (co-founder of MakeMyTrip).

Healthcare platform Medfin raises $15 mn in Series B round

Healthcare services platform, Medfin has raised $15 million in a Series B funding round led by Arka Nxt, HealthXCapital (Singapore), Blume Ventures, Axilor Ventures, Sony, and Kotak Investments.

The startup plans to use the funds to expand to over 25 cities across the country. It also plans to invest in R&D, technology, process, and people, enabling it to offer patients a one-stop comprehensive service platform for 250+ types of daycare surgeries.

MyShubhLife raises Rs 100 Cr in Series B round

Datasigns Technologies Pvt Ltd, which runs the financial services platform MyShubhLife has raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round from Gojo & Company, Inc.

The startup plans to grow its talent pool with more corporate and larger platform partnerships to expand its footprint, invest in technology, and offer a seamless, financially inclusive program for the next half a billion.

Healthtech platform PhableCare raises $25 mn in Series B round

Phablecare, a chronic disease management startup has raised Rs 187 crore ($25 million) in Series B funding round from Kalaari Capital with participation from Aflac Ventures, Digital Horizon, and Stride Ventures.

The startup plans to use the funds to strengthen the full-stack and value-driven chronic care ecosystem, expand the market, accelerate customer acquisition and build new revenue streams.

B2B medical supply platform Medikabazaar raises $65 mn

Business-to-business (B2B) medical supply platform Medikabazaar has raised $65 million in a brand new funding spherical led by Lighthouse India Fund.

The company said it’ll use the funds to strengthen its technological capabilities, deepen the supply ecosystem and digital-driven distribution channels, bolster digital working capabilities to assist enhance effectivity of the healthcare sector in India and broaden its international operations.

Fintech startup EximPe raises $3.5 million

EximPe, a business-to-business (B2B) fintech platform has raised $3.5 million in a funding round from early-stage venture capital firm Leo Capital.

The fintech startup plans to use the funds to acquire talent and further strengthen its product.

Agritech startup GROWiT raises seed funding

GROWiT, a protective farming agritech company has raised Rs 3 crore in its seed funding round from IVY Growth.

The agritech startup will utilize the funds by investing in its research and marketing processes which will ultimately enable the company to expand its customer base and produce standard quality cost effective protective agricultural materials and products.

Fintech platform iTribe raises $1 mn in pre-Seed funding

iTribe, a fintech startup has raised $1 million in pre-seed funding round from investors like Eximius Ventures, Kunal Shah (Cred), Incisive Ventures, and several angel investors.

Wavicle Technologies Pvt Ltd, which owns and operates LimeChat, an AI based chatbot startup has raised $4.2 million in seed funding round from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners with participation from Pi Ventures, Titan Capital and marquee angel investors.

The startup plans to use the funds to strengthen its product and expand its operations in the market.

Grocery Startup Wildermart raises $320k seed funding

Wildermart, a Bengaluru-based healthy and sustainable grocery store startup, has raised $320,000 seed funding round from angel investors including Sairee Chahal (founder, Sheroes), Anand Rangaswamy (ex-CEO, Latam and UK Godrej Consumer Products Ltd), Sreenivasan Ramki, Gangs T. Pahal Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., a microfinance Institution, has raised $10 million in equity and debt funding round.

The equity round from Europe’s impact investing firm, GAWA Capital (through its equity vehicle Huruma Fund), and the debt round from GAWA Capital’s advised debt vehicle (Magallanes Impacto FIL) and Northern Arc Capital.

Global investment platform Stockal raises $9 mn in Series A funding

OYO-backed global investment platform, Stockal has raised  $9 million in its Series A funding round from Hashed (a global web3 focused venture fund), and PEAK6 (an investment firm in the US).

The firm operated by Borderless Softtech Pvt Ltd, andplans to use the funds to expand its Southeast Asia footprint.

WholeMark Raises $1 million in Seed Funding

WholeMark has raised $1 million in Seed Funding. The Hyderabad-based startup is an eCommerce Fulfillment company offering Micro Warehousing and under 3-hour Delivery service to the D2C brands.

WholeMark will use the fresh funds to expand into other regions, acquire new D2C clients, invest in technology and hire talent, founder Pranay Ganesh Koneni said.
