The Good Glamm Group Announced 100% Acquisition of The Moms Co.

A platform that connects content to commerce The Moms Co. has been fully acquired by The Good Glamm Group, the company stated.

This follows the announcement by the Group that it had completed the Sirona deal and increased its stake in Organic Harvest and Winkl, two additional brands in its portfolio.

In October 2021, the founders of The Moms Co. partially left the company, while investors such as DSG Capital and Saama Capital fully left when the Good Glamm Group purchased a controlling share in the company through a cash and stock arrangement. Good Glamm Group completed a 100% acquisition of the founders' remaining shares over the course of the previous two years.

The Good Glamm Group's operations have incorporated important aspects of The Moms Co. over the last three years. After running the company for a year after the acquisition, the founders left their daily positions last year, giving the central staff of Good Glamm Group complete authority.

Using the content-creator-commerce flywheel of Good Glamm Group, the direct-to-consumer channel has reportedly fueled The Moms Co.'s explosive growth since the acquisition.

With stores in the UAE's Carrefour and Lulu, the brand has also gone global. Now, it is getting ready to go into more foreign markets.

With a $250 million funding round in 2021, Good Glamm Group became a unicorn. It intends to go public by Diwali 2025.
