Arjun A. Sethi Joins HCLTech as Chief Growth Officer

Arjun A. Sethi was appointed Chief Growth Officer for Strategic Segments at HCLTech, a prominent international technology business with a focus on government and international private equity, the company stated today.

Based in New York, Sethi will use his extensive industry knowledge to introduce HCLTech's engineering-led technology portfolio, digital services, and unique GenAI solutions to these rapidly expanding markets. He will do this by utilizing his proficiency in digital and business transformation.

After working at Kearney for 25 years as a Senior Partner and Vice Chair of Digital Transformation, Sethi now joins HCLTech. His vast global experience includes work in government, private equity, and financial services in the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. "25 years after my first stint with the group, I'm excited to join HCLTech at this crucial juncture,"

Sethi stated. "I'm excited to seize new opportunities and support the expansion of HCLTech." Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in India is where Sethi earned his bachelor's degree in engineering. The Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta is where he earned his postgraduate diploma in management.
