LegalKart Secures Rs 6.5 Cr in Fresh Round Funding

The legal advice portal LegalKart raises Rs 6.5 crore from the IIM Udaipur Incubation Center.

The Gurugram-based company had raised Rs 4 crore in its pre-Series A round earlier in January 2022, with Mumbai Angels and other investors leading the effort.

LegalKart Purpose to Fundraising

The money raised will be utilized to boost the company's expansion and advance the creation of its AI-powered legal technology solutions. 

LegalKart was established in 2019 by Arvind Singhatiya and offers legal services together with AI-powered documents, consultations and customized digital solutions.

The platform ensures better accessibility by enabling consumers to connect with lawyers and legal professionals in all Indian languages via video and audio calls.

LegalKart provides services such as vehicle challan payments, property document verification, and easy legal document evaluation and preparation in addition to consultations.

LegalKart reports a 453% increase in its business topline over the past eight months. The recently invested funds will be used to support this exponential growth, launch new AI-powered solutions and increase LegalKart's footprint in tier II and tier III cities in India.
