Haldiram Bhujiawala Raises INR 235 Cr from Bharat Value Fund

Snack brand Haldiram Bhujiawala has secured INR 235 crore from private equity investment Pantomath's Bharat Value Fund (BVF) in return for a minority share.

With the capital, the company aims to increase its production capacity and explore markets outside of its present cities in eastern and northeast India.

The business operates restaurants in West Bengal and other northeastern regions and sells its products at retail under the "Prabhuji" name.

 With markets in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and the Northeast, the company runs 60 franchise stores in addition to 19 retail locations.
