Quona Capital, EDBI, Global Ventures, Saison Capital, and Nexus Venture Partners led the $25.5 million seed fundraising round for edu-wealth company Zinc.
The Singapore-based company intends to use the money to develop new products, broaden its product offerings, and get important financial licenses.

"We’re excited about the $25.5M fundraise, but even more so about the vision it powers— building a future where every child in India with the ambition to study abroad has a clear path forward, no matter where they come from" , the company said in a statement.
Zinc has also applied for a brokerage license to the International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA) in GIFT City.
