The Hurun Global Rich List 2025 is out, revealing the world's top billionaires. The United States leads with the highest number of billionaires followed by China and India.

Elon Musk has once again claimed the title of the world's richest person, marking his fourth time at the top in five years. His net worth jumped by 82% or $189 billion, driven by a surge in Tesla’s share price after Trump’s re-election.

This time Mukesh Ambani’s net worth dropped by Rs 1 lakh crore, causing him to fall out of the top 10 richest people in 2025. However he remains Asia’s richest person. He and his family rank 17th on the global list with a net worth of $100 billion.

His wealth grew mainly due to a rise in Amazon's stock price, driven by the company's lower operational costs and its progress in artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

Mark Zuckerberg

Larry Ellison

Despite his wealth, Warren maintains a simple lifestyle. He has promised to give away more than 99% of his fortune and has already donated over $60 billion, mostly through the Gates Foundation and his children's foundations.

Larry Page

Co-founder of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, Larry Page's wealth is estimated at $164 billion. ​Alphabet also leads in artificial intelligence, advertising and tech innovation.

Larry 's growth also benefited from a 33% increase in Alphabet’s stock value.
