All 10 Indian Premier League (IPL) teams spent a total of Rs 639.15 crore at the IPL 2025 mega auction. Over two days in Jeddah, a total of 182 players were sold, including 62 overseas cricketers.

Rishabh Pant becomes the most expensive player in the auction, with the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) buying him for Rs 27 crore. Shreyas Iyer was the second-highest, signing a Rs 26.75 crore deal with the Punjab Kings, who also acquired Yuzvendra Chahal and Arshdeep Singh for Rs 18 crore each (using the right-to-match option). KKR spent Rs 23.75 crore on Venkatesh Iyer, strengthening their all-rounder lineup.
