The company's co-founder Deepit Purkayastha will lead as CEO.

The company named Abhijeet Ranjan as Public app's chief revenue officer in 2022, Pavit Singh Katoch as general counsel, and Nikhil Taneja as head of corporate development and investor relations in 2022.

To date, the company has secured $140 million, of which $41 million has been set aside specifically for the Public app. Vy Capital, Lee Fixel's Addition, Tiger Global, SIG, A91, and Tanglin Venture Partners are among its investors.
