[Funding alert] Interview as a Service Startup InCruiter Raises Rs 10 Mn In Revenue-based Round

InCruiter, a leading Interview as a Service (IaaS) brand, has raised INR 10 million in a revenue-based funding round led by Recur Club.

To accelerate geographic expansion, the company will use the funds to promote its recently launched Interview-as-a-Service in the US, Canada, and Dubai markets. The company will set up new offices in these geographies and recruit fresh talent in technology and sales to ensure seamless operations, as per reported by BW Disrupt.

About 50 thousand interviews have been done, 2200+ interviewers have been involved, and 1.51 million interview minutes have been finished since InCruiter launched in 2018. With its help, more than 250 domestic and foreign clients—including some of the best companies in the field, including Practo, Mahindra, Adecco, and Spinny—have been able to scale their hiring procedures by 1.5 times.
